With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and trademark agent, David has worked with entrepreneurs on IP management, data privacy, contracts, licensing, and M&A. His holistic approach to IP asset protection laid the foundation for the MVIP® principles, making him a sought-after authority on innovation and intellectual property.


Christopher Thierry
Founding Member
Christopher, a successful technology entrepreneur and a founding member of DARRM™, has built innovative tech companies throughout his career. He recognized the need for IP protection alongside the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach and developed a practical IP investment roadmap. As DARRM™'s leader, Christopher is dedicated to helping businesses safeguard digital assets, mitigate risks, and ensure long-term success in the evolving digital landscape.
John Horodyski
Founding Member
John Horodyski, MLIS, MAS, is a seasoned expert in digital asset management (DAM), metadata, and content strategy. As a Managing Director at Salt Flats, he brings extensive executive management experience in information management, marketing operations, and governance. He has provided strategic consulting for Fortune 10, 50, 100, and 500 companies across industries like Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, and Insurance. John is a leading authority on DAM and metadata, teaching graduate courses at San José State University and contributing to industry publications like CMS Wire. His expertise also extends to analytics, taxonomy design, and MarTech. Outside of his professional work, John enjoys a variety of passions, including coffee, long meals, hiking, and travel, with a special love for Mediterranean landscapes and Palm Springs. He’s also a board member/editor of the Journal of Digital Media Management and an advocate for the power of metadata in digital strategy.
